Product prices do not include postage and handling. Shopping cart will calculate postage at the end of check out. All parcels are dispatched through a trackable service, and we encourage everyone to keep a sharp eye on their parcels' progress online. Tracking numbers are issued upon completion of orders, and can be accessed anytime by the customer under their order details by logging into their  Healthwise Pacifica account.

Payment is EFT -  account details are provided at check-out. Upon receiving cleared funds (it may take 1-2 days), your order's status will go on "processing", and a tracking number is provided upon posting your parcel. We mostly use Australia Post or sometimes a courier to deliver parcels.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

HEALTHWISE PACIFICA will not sell to minors. You must be 18 years or older to purchase. Buyer will not hold "Seller" responsible for the use, misuse, or abuse of any products purchased from HEALTHWISE PACIFICA. User takes full responsibility. As with any supplement, if you are not sure about what you are doing, check with your healthcare provider before using.
